I *am* just like you, and always will be, I'm just a chapter ahead in the book. ;-) Won't it be great when we both finish the book? =)<br /><br />Do you journal? Get in the practice of writing down everything you eat, good, bad, indifferent. Or use the TOPS sheets you can print out. Write it all out. Pretty soon that will be habit, you'll see when you're not eating enough or too much and you'll learn to adjust.<br /><br />You ARE doing this!
