Breakfast: oatmeal, banana

Lunch: Lean Cuisine, can of peaches (no sugar added)

Snack: apple

Dinner: (I made it) hamburger helper, mac & cheese, mixed vegetables, brownie bite

emotions: in check

  1. Lisa, I stopped by your blog today. I lived on Lean Cuisine and Fiber Plus bars but have been trying to eat healthier and drastically limited processed food. Although some is lower in calories, there is often high sodium and other unpronounceable stuff. I have a lot more energy now which means I exercise more. It's worth a try for at least a few days.
