I went to TOPS yesterday and had a 1.6 gain. I am not surprised by it. I am disappointed in myself.


  1. Keep trying! I know the struggle is not easy.
    Keep determined...

  2. Do you know what the good thing is about that gain? It's in the past. Leave it there. Make the best choices you can make this week, focusing on it day by day. Just take one day at a time and make the best choice you can with each meal. You can do this...you know you can. I know you can. Next week's weigh-in will prove that. :)
